■ Return Merchandise Authorization Request

1. Fill out the fields below to request RMA number. Within 2 business days you will either receive your RMA number or be contacted by our RMA department. Return merchandise will not be accepted without RMA number issued by an authorized EESOURCE associate. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package and print out the return email with RMA number and include in the box. 　
2. Return merchandise must be post marked within 10 calendar days of receipt of RMA number. 　
3. All serial numbers must be legible and match those of original shipment.
